1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Website Use

This website provides information about CR Micro semiconductor products and BeiLuo distribution services. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to harvest content. All content is provided for information purposes and does not constitute an offer or professional engineering advice.

3. Product Orders

Quotations prepared by our sales team are valid for the stated period and are subject to stock availability, which is updated regularly. An order is confirmed only when we issue an order acknowledgment. Product specifications and datasheets are subject to the manufacturer's current published data, and we recommend design teams verify parameters with the latest CR Micro documentation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in advance of shipment. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are borne by the buyer unless a DAP (Delivered at Place) term is explicitly agreed in the quotation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are arranged using tracked logistics providers from our regional warehouses. Delivery dates are estimates based on the carrier's published transit times and are not guarantees. Risk passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm (EXW or DAP) stated on the order documents.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for parts that are defective on arrival or that fail to match the ordered specification, provided we are notified within 14 days of receipt and the parts are returned in their original packaging. Refunds or replacements are issued after inspection. Non-defective parts returned due to order error may be subject to a restocking fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, diagrams and software, is the property of BeiLuo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. CR Micro product names and marks are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute site content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeiLuo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
